Services · For Families Who Live Far Away
When you live far from a parent or relative in Michigan, it is hard to know how they are really doing. We act as your local eyes, ears and advocate, so you can make informed decisions from wherever you are.
How We Help

We meet with your loved one in person to understand their needs, concerns and strengths, and share a clear care plan with your family.
